I specifically remember in particular two cases that I recovered over 1 million dollars in personal injury case settlement, that other lawyers would not take and turned away. This helped the clients immensely with hospital billings, personal billings and the ability to recover so that life would return back to normal.

By treating people right ! , Be courteous and treating people the way you want to be treated, don't give them non-sense answers and advice, and ultimately prepare and do a great Job ! In turn if you do one person right they will tell 10 people ! and remember this advise: if you do one person wrong they will tell 100 people.

There initial interaction with you, your gut feeling, the way they talk to you, the way they respond to your questions, and the initial time they take listening to what your needs are. This will dictate how the relationship will flow and whether they know what your expectations are.

It helps, but it does not dictate how the law works. We the people are entitled to fair application of the law regardless of locals , we have overriding constitutional principals such as "Equal protection" under the law know matter who you are or where you are to make certain all are treated fairly.

My opinion as to what the issue is, costs , downside/upside of case, potential recovery amounts if applicable, obstacles , all of which is my stock in trade.

That all depends on what the clients needs are. I have to listen first, then I can give an educated and informed answer.

The fact that once I take a case I don't quit. I don't become indifferent. I know that your case is the Most Important case !

Knowing that I made a difference in someone's life. Knowing that I helped another person in need and knowing that I used every resource and every available avenue within the bounds of the law makes me feel good. That is my reward.

I enjoy cars as hobbies and I enjoy watching a good documentary or a funny Romcom, depending on my mood.

Always, I have been involved in different committee's , usually involving outdoor activities, concerts, festivals but not recently due to the pandemic.
