My principal practice areas are in civil litigation, criminal defense, disability and trial and appellate practice. I have over 20 years experience before federal and state trial courts, as well as, in appellate practice. I offer direct, personal contact and responsibility for each and every client matter. My practice includes plaintiff’s personal injury, workers compensation, social security disability appeals, ERISA cases, real estate litigation, criminal and juvenile defense, representation in DSS cases and family law matters, foreclosure defense and loan modification, commercial litigation, landlord/tenant, collection and defense of debts, trial practice of all claims in all courts.
