Criminal Charges Disproved: Client charged with one count of reckless use of the internet, and one count of prohibited use of a weapon for discharging a firearm in city limits. Attorney Welsh, after reviewing discovery and conducting additional investigation, successfully pointed out issues in the People's case and disproved the charges against client. Attorney Welsh negotiated a nine-month deferred judgment and sentence with minimums for all requirements, to include court fees and costs.
