David Harvey is Harvey Abens Iosue Co.'s (HAI) founding member and focuses his legal practice in the areas of: Civil Litigation; Estate Planning and Probate Law; Business and Transactional Law; and Criminal Defense. David is an experienced litigator with trial and arbitration experience in many venues in Ohio, both state and federal court. Before becoming an attorney, David started and ran a successful small business for over a decade.  David’s non-legal, professional experience gives him a unique perspective in assisting a wide array of clients in various legal areas.

David incorporates a collaborative and forward thinking approach to solving an individual client's legal issues.  Together with his team of attorneys at HAI, HAI has helped thousands of individuals, municipalities, and businesses solve a myriad of legal issues with a "client-first" approach that centers on zealous advocacy, communication, and legally creative intelligence.  David has successfully prosecuted and defended cases in state and federal court against some of the biggest companies and law firms in the world.  David will not back away from a legal fight, nor will he hesitate to counsel a client when a legal fight is unnecessary or not in the client's best interest.
