QUESTIONNAIRE
Through negotiation and mediation, I was able to assist to feuding parties towards a mutually agreeable settlement that satisfied both parties’ interests. The best part was both parties agreed that the resolution was in the best interests of their children.
How did you build a successful practice?Reputation and integrity is paramount to me. I have strived to not sell out for a single client on a certain position to protect my reputation and integrity with opposing counsel and the courts.
What should clients look for in a lawyer?Client should look for a lawyer with whom they have good chemistry and trust. It is imperative that a client have confidence in the advice being provided.
How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?Having rapport with opposing counsel and judges can be very important to the outcome of a case. Some approaches work better with some lawyers or judges then with others. Knowing these little details can be very helpful.
What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?Very limited information as provided in free consultations as we feel more attention to detail and information is necessary to provide well rounded and thoughtful advice.
What information do you need in a free phone consultation?We generally do not offer free consultations, however would certainly need the parties name, the name of any party opposed to them, and the name of the children.
What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?We offer a flat rate billing and payment plans in order to improve the consistency, reliability, and affordability of our services.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?Helping people through what is the the worst crises they have experienced in their lives.
What are your other interests in addition to law?I enjoy building processes, businesses, and strengthening my ties to the community.
Are you involved in your community?Yes, I am heavily involved in the community and try to be as philanthropic as I can.
