Annie Murphy’s number one goal is to work with her clients to find practical solutions to their problems while keeping in mind their goals. “I want them to leave my office feeling lighter.”

A partner with Dufford Waldeck, Annie helps clients with estate planning, conservatorships, and guardianships as well as real estate law, with a special emphasis on landlord/tenant law. “There’s a solution to just about every problem” states Annie. Her success aligns with her client’s goals, “I want my clients to feel comfort in knowing that we are managing and guiding them through their situation.”

The best part of her job is the opportunity to learn something new every day. But her love of learning does not end with the workday. She calls herself a Renaissance woman, finding time for her love of singing, acting, and skiing. Outside of the office, you will find her enjoying all the outdoor activities the Grand Valley has to offer, and the best part is enjoying those activities with her husband and children.
